Liber Amicorum: A Book of friends

Below is the Liber Amicorum printed, which has meant a lot to me and always will remain a fond memory. I have taken the liberty of omitting the last chapter, the contribution of my colleague dermatologists from 's-Hertogenbsosch, as it has some information too personal for general consumption. As I suspect that most of the contents of the Liber amicorum are not very interesting to most foreign readers, I have not translated this booklet. May be later. But what I will translate are my 'Memories of a former assistant', in which I describe my years of training in dermatology from 1976 to 1980 in Groningen.  I advise you to read that chapter, I am sure you will laugh or at least chuckle!
